| | We have been staying quite busy with our two little ones lately. Our little girls are such dears, but it can get a little overwhelming at times during the day when I'm the only parent at home. Help, I'm outnumbered! Lol. We are needing to re-learn things we forgot from when Jolynn was a baby - namely, that the parents need to set the baby's sleep schedule, rather than waiting for the baby to indicate readiness to sleep. Thanks to my remembering that useful bit of information, Carina is finally settling into something of a schedule, which makes things a bit easier for me. In the afternoons when both girls are sleeping I have a few hours of free time. Hooray! I have been feeling productive recently, thanks to that. A few days ago I gave both the girls baths, trimmed their fingernails, cleaned up the kitchen, did a little laundry, and made rice pudding for a dessert for supper. I felt like supermom!  I am needing to work on a baby travel bed I started while waiting for baby, considering we have a trip planned later this month.
Here is a picture of our two little girls. I had been trying to get a good picture of Carina for baby announcements (hence the cute dress) but her expression in this picture is a pretty good example of the not-so-nice expressions I was capturing on the camera. Then of course she spit up on her dress.  This picture I had to keep though.

Jolynn is turning 2 tomorrow! We have been so blessed having her in our lives!
Okay, all for now. We are having Jolynn's birthday party this evening, and I need to make & decorate the cake and make ice cream today. So long!
